You Are My Lady:
You’re My Lady is a inspirational/gospel comedy stage play, written, directed, & starring the man who brought you Mr. Steal Kill & Destroy, Award Winning Comedian/Playwright, Chris Clark. YML tells the story of the Nesbit children, who comes home in Philadelphia for the 45th wedding anniversary of their parents, Charles Nesbit played by Chris Clark & Deloris Nesbit played by 2016 McDonald’s Gospelfest winner Quanisha Taylor. Charles & Deloris have three children that deals with their own personal problems in life. Their son Dr. Andre Nesbit, deals with his lack of faith in God, due to his wife, Dr. Cassandra Nesbit, being ill, which causes friction between he and his father. Lisa, their eldest daughter, deals with obesity, self confidence, and metal illness (depression), which is destroying her marriage to Leon, the new district attorney in Houston, TX. Then there’s Kimberly, the youngest of the Nesbit children, now living in Atlanta, whose addicting lifestyle and bad luck with men, especially Maurice Washington, puts her family in danger. Charles and Deloris intervenes in each of their lives to remind them that with God anything is possible and his LOVE never fails. The play also involves a host of other characters, such as everybody’s favorite hustler, Lawrence Barkley (Chris Clark) and the not so bright, Barry Cunningham, who brings the comedic flavor to the show. You’re My Lady is a perfect production for the married and single, young and old, saved and unsaved.

An Evening of Songs and Stories with Peter Furler, Ryan Stevenson, and Special Guest Austin French
For one night only, Peter Furler and Ryan Stevenson come together to provide an intimate evening of songs and stories. As the former frontman of Newsboys, Peter Furler knows a thing or two about hit songs, penning massive hits “He Reigns”, “Something Beautiful” and dozens more, and as the writer behind 2016’s smash radio single “Eye of the Storm” and a former paramedic, Ryan Stevenson’s songs touch the hearts of listeners, often when they need it most. Don’t miss this special night bringing these two incredible men of faith together, where they also share stories behind the songs that reveal their testimony of God’s faithful work in their lives and in the world. Opening the show will be new Fair Trade Services recording artist, Austin French, first runner-up from the initial season of ABC’s “Rising Star” show.

Peter Furler:
After 22 years as the main creative force behind Newsboys, followed by his 2011 solo success, On Fire, Peter Furler could be excused, if he had decided to mellow out a bit or rest on his laurels. Instead, the writer behind 27 #1 radio singles has come back with one of the strongest albums of his career, Sun and Shield. Reteaming with longtime producer/lyricist Steve Taylor for the first time since Newsboys gold-certified Adoration album, Sun and Shield finds Furler combining an ambitious collection of new songs with a more muscular, band-driven sound that harkens back to the glory days of Take Me To Your Leader. Sun and Shield is the sound of an artist at the peak of his creative powers.

Ryan Stevenson:
The music of Ryan Stevenson blends influences from soul, pop, and some of the great guitarists to create engaging acoustic guitar driven melodies. Embracing the idea that some of the most profound moments of worship emerge not from mountain-top experiences but from difficult, perhaps even catastrophic circumstance gives Ryan’s lyrics a poetic vulnerability reflecting honestly on the difficulties everyone faces. At the age of 18, his youth pastor surprised him by placing a guitar in his hands, stating, “I felt like the Lord was telling me to buy this for you” Ryan matured his musical gifts by playing at youth groups, summer camps and mission trips.

Supporting Act: Austin French:
Growing up in small town, Cordele, Ga, young Austin French dreamed of being a Contemporary Christian Artist writing songs that shared his faith and passion for Jesus. Being surrounded by a musical family gave him the opportunity to grow towards that goal and inspired his passion for writing music.

Kutless:

Kutless is a Christian rock band from Portland, Oregon formed in 1999. Since their formation, they have released multiple studio albums and one live album, Live from Portland. They have sold over 3 million records worldwide.

When a band’s first priority is to declare God’s glory through song, it doesn’t worry too much about fitting into one particular genre of music. Perhaps that’s why some fans have alternating definitions of Kutless, the best-selling rock… no, worship… no, rock/worship hit makers from Portland, OR. On the inspiring new studio album Glory, its eighth with BEC Recordings, a perfect balance is struck as lead singer Jon Micah Sumrall, guitarists James Mead and Nick de Partee, and drummer Kyle Peek celebrate with electrifying abandon not their collective identity but the mighty name of Jesus.

“Our goal with Glory was simply to worship louder and clearer than ever before,” de Partee says of the amped up and sometimes stripped down set. “We felt led to create original songs that could be sung on an acoustic guitar in a Bible study or in an arena with the masses shouting God’s praises.”
