On December 7th, Mike DelGuidice takes a break from touring with rock legend, Billy Joel, to perform here in Millville, at The Levoy Theatre. DelGuidice is currently a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist touring internationally with Billy Joel and has spent the last 18 years building and perfecting his encyclopedic knowledge of Joel’s musical catalogue. He has performed at large venues such as Madison Square Garden, Fenway Park, Wembley Stadium, Wrigley Field, Dodger Stadium, and other Iconic Stadiums and Arenas around the world with Joel.  One of Mike’s original Songs, “Ordinary Guy” was the theme song for actor/comedian Kevin James sitcom Kevin Can Wait.  Kevin James also stars in Mike’s new music video of another one of his original songs “Mona Lisa” . You’ve all asked for him and we are delivering! Mike and his band will take the stage around 8:00PM.

Mike DelGuidice & Big Shot Bio:

Front man Mike DelGuidice, living a dream. After 18 years of playing Billy Joel’s music in his band Big Shot, Mike DelGuidice now lives a dream come true. In October of 2013, Billy Joel heard Mike sing, then hired Mike on the spot to join his band full time. And now you can see Mike on tour with Billy Joel all over the US & world in major arenas and stadiums including ever month at the iconic Madison Square Garden. On Billy Joel’s recent SiriusXM Channel you can hear Billy talking about Mike and how much he sounds just like him – “That’s me…I know my voice…That’s a tape…but it was this guy…Mike DelGuidice.” – Billy Joel, Go Here to listen.

Mike is the only musician on the planet, and probably the history of music for this type of situation, where the front guy of the band is actually in the band of the artist his band covers. It is the epitome of the Cinderella Story (in his case, Cinderfella).

Mike is also a well-known Long Island Musician/ Singer/Songwriter and has released 2 of his own original CDs.

Mike and his extraordinary band BIG SHOT, which include other current long time legendary members of Billy Joel’s touring band, Tommy Byrnes, guitar and Chuck Burgi, drums are well known and respected for providing a show of Billy Joel’s song book packed with hit after chart-topping hit, (and some album cuts for the die hard Billy Joel fan) in a high energy, interactive stage performance. On any given night they will also astonish you with renditions of songs by Elton John, McCartney, Beatles, Journey, and others.

A brilliant vocalist and master of several instruments, including bass guitar, Rhythm guitar, piano and drums, he is also the author of two albums, “My Street” and “Miller Place”.

The other members of the band, John Scarpulla, Carmine Giglio, and Nick Dimichino also have impressive resumes, working, recording and touring with Hall & Oats, Michael Bolton, Diana Ross, LeAnn Rimes, Nine Days, Huey Lewis, Tower of Power, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, bunch of Broadway shows including Billy Joel’s ‘Movin Out’ and a lot more.

British Invasion Years

The British Invasion Years:

More than just the Beatles, this nostalgic musical tribute spans the entire 60s British Invasion era with music from BOTH sides of the Atlantic, and is three acts in one:

The first act includes songs by iconic British groups such as The Zombies, Dave Clark Five, The Rolling Stones, The Hollies, Herman’s Hermits, Gerry and the Pacemakers, Manfred Mann and many others.

The American Response follows, with music by such legendary artists as The Monkees, Simon & Garfunkel, The Beach Boys, The Mamas and The Papas, The Turtles, Paul Revere & The Raiders, to name just a few.

This journey through the 1960s concludes with an extraordinary finale with songs from the four lads that started it all– The Beatles! “When we came up with the idea for a finale, we posed the question, ‘What if the Beatles had to perform their music today as the four-piece band they were?’. The result is truly astounding.

The group has shared the stage with legendary artists such as The Beach Boys, Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band, Leon Russell, and many, many more.

Celebrate the Groovy Generation!

Travis Tritt Bio:
More than 27 years after Travis Tritt launched his music career, the Southern rock influenced artist continues to display strong sales activity, sell-out shows, and stay true and relevant to country music fans across the globe. Continuously performing shows and withholding a heavy appearance schedule, Tritt is proving to be unstoppable.

The highly abbreviated Tritt timeline started when the young Marietta, Georgia native incorporated his lifelong influences of Southern rock, blues and gospel into his country during a honky-tonk apprenticeship that led him to Warner Bros. in 1989. Over the course of a decade, Travis released seven studio albums and a greatest hits package for the label. His 1990 debut Country Club and its succession of hits put him in the vanguard of the genre’s early ’90s boom, dubbing him as one of “The Class of ‘89,” which included country music superstars Garth Brooks, Clint Black and Alan Jackson; all whom dominated the charts in the early ‘90s.

“Country Club,” “Help Me Hold On,” “I’m Gonna Be Somebody,” and “Drift Off to Dream” peaked at numbers two and three on the Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts; all which led for Tritt to win Top New Male Artist award from Billboard and the CMA Horizon Award (now known as the New Artist Award). Additionally, in 1991, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) marked Tritt’s debut album Country Club as certified platinum.

Two years after his debut, Travis’ sophomore album, It’s All About to Change, was released. Literally speaking, this album changed everything when the album shipped three million copies and all four of its singles reached the top five on the country music charts. Along with his first album, this release became triple-platinum certified by the RIAA.

At the same time, his conspicuous lack of a cowboy hat and musical aggressiveness set him apart. The next series of albums, seven of which are certified platinum or higher, scored him more hit singles and led him to amass more than 25 million in career album sales, two Grammys, three CMA Awards and a devoted fan base that filled venues coast-to-coast.

He’s been a force in sports appearances, having performed at the 1996 Olympics, two Super Bowls, a World Series Game, the opening of the Georgia Dome, the final Braves game at Atlanta-Fulton Country Stadium and, in 2013, the NCAA men’s basketball championship.

In 2012, Tritt formed his own label, Post Oak Recordings and shortly after released his album, The Calm After….

Most recently, Tritt released a new project, a special live 2-disc CD and DVD, titled A Man and His Guitar– Live From The Franklin Theatre. The much-anticipated release, shot and recorded at the historic Franklin Theatre in Franklin, Tenn., spotlights Tritt͛s distinctively soulful voice and his exceptional guitar prowess in an intimate theater setting.

The Southern-rock influenced artist continues to stay true and relevant to Country music fans across the globe. In 2015, Tritt topped the SoundScan Top 200 Catalog Country Albums chart for over 60 consecutive weeks with 15 weeks spent at No. 1 and 35+ weeks notched in a Top 5 position. Tritt͛s compilation album, Very Best of Travis Tritt, which was released in 2007, saw a resurgence of sales that started in Nov. 2014. The 20-track album features some of Tritt͛s biggest hits, including ͞It͛s A Great Day To Be Alive,͟͞Here͛s A Quarter,͟ and ͞Anymore.”

An Evening of Songs and Stories with Peter Furler, Ryan Stevenson, and Special Guest Austin French
For one night only, Peter Furler and Ryan Stevenson come together to provide an intimate evening of songs and stories. As the former frontman of Newsboys, Peter Furler knows a thing or two about hit songs, penning massive hits “He Reigns”, “Something Beautiful” and dozens more, and as the writer behind 2016’s smash radio single “Eye of the Storm” and a former paramedic, Ryan Stevenson’s songs touch the hearts of listeners, often when they need it most. Don’t miss this special night bringing these two incredible men of faith together, where they also share stories behind the songs that reveal their testimony of God’s faithful work in their lives and in the world. Opening the show will be new Fair Trade Services recording artist, Austin French, first runner-up from the initial season of ABC’s “Rising Star” show.

Peter Furler:
After 22 years as the main creative force behind Newsboys, followed by his 2011 solo success, On Fire, Peter Furler could be excused, if he had decided to mellow out a bit or rest on his laurels. Instead, the writer behind 27 #1 radio singles has come back with one of the strongest albums of his career, Sun and Shield. Reteaming with longtime producer/lyricist Steve Taylor for the first time since Newsboys gold-certified Adoration album, Sun and Shield finds Furler combining an ambitious collection of new songs with a more muscular, band-driven sound that harkens back to the glory days of Take Me To Your Leader. Sun and Shield is the sound of an artist at the peak of his creative powers.

Ryan Stevenson:
The music of Ryan Stevenson blends influences from soul, pop, and some of the great guitarists to create engaging acoustic guitar driven melodies. Embracing the idea that some of the most profound moments of worship emerge not from mountain-top experiences but from difficult, perhaps even catastrophic circumstance gives Ryan’s lyrics a poetic vulnerability reflecting honestly on the difficulties everyone faces. At the age of 18, his youth pastor surprised him by placing a guitar in his hands, stating, “I felt like the Lord was telling me to buy this for you” Ryan matured his musical gifts by playing at youth groups, summer camps and mission trips.

Supporting Act: Austin French:
Growing up in small town, Cordele, Ga, young Austin French dreamed of being a Contemporary Christian Artist writing songs that shared his faith and passion for Jesus. Being surrounded by a musical family gave him the opportunity to grow towards that goal and inspired his passion for writing music.
