We cannot wait to welcome you all back to The Levoy! Take a moment to review our Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe, healthy, and stress-free experience. All procedures were developed in adherence to state and federal directives and are subject to change.
WHEN TO STAY HOME
If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, the recent loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nausea, headache, diarrhea, or congestion, or if you have come in contact with someone experiencing any of these symptoms or who tested positive for the coronavirus in the past 14 days, please take care and stay home.
We care about your health – and because of this, masks are required for guests, staff, and volunteers.
Under Executive Order No. 192, all employees, customers, and visitors must wear a face covering while on the premises (both indoors and outdoors), except when an individual is under two years of age or where it is impractical like when eating, drinking, or receiving a service that cannot be completed while wearing a mask.
Employees, customers, and visitors who refuse to wear a face-covering may be declined entry, except when doing so would violate State or federal law and provided the employer complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination where applicable.
CONCESSIONS & BOX OFFICE
Food and drink will be available to purchase at our concession stand. We encourage you to pay using a credit or debit card to minimize contact. You may remove your mask to eat your concessions once you are safely seated. Once you are finished eating your snacks, you must put your mask back on.
When possible, we request you print off your own tickets or use digital tickets on your mobile device to reduce contact. If purchasing tickets at the Box Office, we encourage you to use a credit or debit card to minimize contact. Ticket scanning is completely contactless thanks to our digital readers.
Please maintain a safe distance of 6 feet. Also, please follow all directional signs and instructions from our staff and volunteers.
We are running at a reduced capacity as determined by the State of New Jersey. To maintain safe distancing, seats have been blocked off. Please sit only in your assigned seat.
Please take advantage of our hand sanitizer stations throughout our theatre. We also encourage frequent hand washing for the CDC recommended 20 seconds.
WHAT WE’RE DOING
We’re all in this together! To make sure The Levoy is safe & clean, we are increasing sanitation practices, which will include frequently disinfecting surfaces throughout the event. All employees and volunteers will undergo daily health screenings, and they are required to wash hands and sanitize regularly throughout their shift. Additionally, we will continue to closely monitor all state and federal directives and update our procedures accordingly.
