Welcome to American Sign Language (ASL) Performances at the Levoy Theatre!
Creating an Inclusive Space for All Audiences
What is an ASL performance?
At the Levoy Theatre, we are committed to making our performances accessible and enjoyable for all members of our community. We offer a series of ASL-interpreted performances throughout the season, designed to welcome Deaf and Hard of Hearing patrons with American Sign Language interpretation for select shows.
What to Expect
During ASL-interpreted performances, professional ASL interpreters are positioned in clear view of the stage, delivering an engaging interpretation of the show’s dialogue, lyrics, and key sound cues. Our goal is to create an inclusive experience where Deaf and Hard of Hearing patrons can immerse themselves fully in the performance.

Cinderella
This story follows Ella, a young woman who is forced to do chores for her cruel stepmother, Madame, while dreaming of a better life. This Broadway version of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella is a contemporary retelling of the classic fairy tale that includes new characters, a funny book, and the beloved songs of Rodgers and Hammerstein.
