The Levoy Theatre is available for performance rentals, and may also be the perfect place for you to hold your private special event!
Performance rentals may include the use of the stage, in-house technical equipment, lobby areas, and backstage. Performance rental rates vary depending on the type of event and the length of the rental period. We offer a non-profit discount rate and a corporate rate. Our lobby areas and stage are also available for rent for meetings, private functions such as birthday parties (small weddings are possible!), pre-performance events, or corporate gatherings. Rental packages vary according to the event and use of space.

PERFORMANCE RENTALS
The Levoy Theatre rents its 696-seat theatre for performances and its 75-seat mezzanine for events. For a truly unique event, we can provide a lavish cocktail and appetizer-style reception with a show (for select performances) for up to 150 people. Both spaces are available to local organizations and national promoters interested in presenting live performances or films.
Production assistance and other services are available to renting organizations.
MAIN HALL
Built in 2012 and modeled after 1920s-era style and sophistication, The Levoy Theatre is a unique space for an on-stage wedding, awards ceremony, speaking engagement, or business function with state-of-the-art sound, projection, and comfort. The space is also available for performance rentals and film presentations.
MEZZANINE
This unique space, with its 25-foot-high arched windows, breathtaking chandelier, and intimate atmosphere, is perfectly suited for many business functions during the day or evening, including pre- and post-show client receptions, wedding rehearsal dinners and receptions, and business or community organizational luncheons. Formal to informal luncheons, business and board meetings, focus group research, dinners, small group presentations, off-site business retreats, and other similar gatherings are well-suited for this intimate setting. Easily accessible by elevator or stairs, with private restroom facilities, the Mezzanine is fully wired and provides high-speed wireless Internet access, and it can be configured in endless seating or table arrangements.
