Summer Camp

Due to the current pandemic, the decision has been made to cancel the 2020 Summer Camp. All registered campers and their parents/guardians have been directly notified.

Dear Campers, Parents, and Guardians,

As much as we want to hold on to Summer Camp this year, our education team wants to make sure the needs of the kids comes first. In-person is obviously the most ideal option for camp, but at this time is not possible, and based off feedback, a virtual camp is also not a feasible option. The decision has been made to cancel this year’s Summer Camp entirely.
Please know this was not an easy decision to make at all. Realizing that canceling was the right decision to make breaks our hearts, but ultimately this is the best choice- not only for the safety but also for the enjoyment of the campers, parents, and team. Summer Camp has always been a time of fun, collaboration, imagination, discovery, and community. It’s about finding your voice, making new friends, and creating awesome memories on The Levoy stage. To have anything less would make Summer Camp, well, not Summer Camp.
We will be issuing refunds to everyone who has submitted tuition payments.
Again, this decision has us heartbroken, as we are sure it will have your campers, but know it is the best option given the current circumstances. We will have free workshops open to everyone sprinkled throughout the summer on our Facebook page if you are in need of an activity to mix things up, so keep an eye out for those as well!
In the words of Hairspray Jr., you can’t stop the beat. It’s hard to see some days, but there is a glimmer of light at the end of this tunnel. Navigating this hasn’t been easy, but we are making our way forward. Summer Camp will return. We’ll be able to “shake and shimmy” and take our “bow-wows” surrounded by friends and family before you know it – it’s just going to take some time before we can do so safely.
If you or your campers have any questions or want to talk more about Summer Camp, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are just an email away at Thank you for your understanding, kindness, and patience through all of this!
Take care,
The 2020 Summer Camp Staff
