Students will use the short skit “North Pole Dreamers” in this musical theatre holiday extravaganza! In this original short play with music, performers will follow the story of an elf who dreams of becoming a dancer instead of working in Santa's Workshop. Young performers will build skills in ensemble singing and public speaking, and take those skills from the classroom to the stage. No experience is necessary for this introductory-level class. Come dressed to move in either sneakers or jazz shoes and bring a water bottle and pencil to every class. Students will perform “North Pole Dreamers” at the end of their 8 weeks, where family and friends will be invited to the show!

Jill Bradshaw has been a music and theater educator for over 15 years and has taught all ages from infants to adults. She is currently an elementary music teacher in Cherry Hill where she teaches their youngest learners general music and chorus. She directs and music directs youth theater programs all around the South Jersey area. Jill also spends time on stage whenever possible. She was lucky enough to perform on the Levoy stage in Rent, Rock of Ages and The Who’s Tommy.
